Subscription plans do not guarantee a slot. If no in-state provider is open within 48 hours, you may email a physician or request a refund until a physician accepts the visit.

Family coverage is limited to a spouse and children. The listed add-on includes 3 people (you + 2). Each extra person is +$12.50 / month.
Most appointments take about 15 minutes. First appointments may take up to 30 minutes. Slots are booked in 30-minute blocks (adjustable by admin later).
You will answer one section at a time: demographics, medications, allergies, conditions, surgeries, purpose, review of systems, and optional vitals.
Once payment, scheduling, and intake are complete you will receive confirmation details including the provider you are paired with and how the call will work.
